While a lot of that is old hat to anyone who has been living gluten free for a while, it is a great reminder and she's right -- there really is so much available now, thanks to those who have gone before us. Considerably more expensive but the variety is so important...
On that note, If there is anyone in this group from Canada and you're new to the world of Celiac, keep all your receipts as the Gov't of Canada allows you to claim back the difference between regular and gluten free food on your taxes. It does add up after a while :))
